Stephen C. Fairbairn Born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Graduated from Green Bay East High School in 1983. Graduated in May 1988, from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay with a degree in Small Business Management. Started working for Fairbairn Appraisal Company in the summer of 1986. Successfully completed 101 - An Introduction to Appraising Real Property, in Athens, Georgia, in the fall of 1988. Successfully completed Real Estate Appraisal II at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in June of 1991. Successfully completed the Professional Practice Seminar in Madison, WI in December of 1990. Successfully completed State Certification exam in December 1991. Issued Wisconsin Certified Residential Appraiser # 260. Presently attend 28+ hours of continuing education every two years to satisfy certification renewal requirements. In February of 2000, Stephen became FHA approved by HUD.
