Stephen C. Fairbairn

• Born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin
• Graduated from Green Bay East High School in 1983
• Graduated in May 1988, from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay with a degree in Small Business Management
• Started working for Fairbairn Appraisal Company in the summer of 1986
• Successfully completed 101 – An Introduction to Appraising Real Property, in Athens, Georgia, in the fall of 1988
• Successfully completed Real Estate Appraisal II at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in June of 1991
• Successfully completed the Professional Practice Seminar in Madison, WI in December of 1990
• Successfully completed State Certification exam in December 1991. Issued Wisconsin Certified Residential Appraiser # 260
• Presently attends 28+ hours of continuing education every two years to satisfy certification renewal requirements
• In February of 2000, Stephen became FHA approved by HUD
